What we collect

We collect personal data when you submit one of our website forms (employer mandate, candidate registration, or general enquiry). This typically includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. Employer forms may also include company name, hiring country, role family, and headcount indicators.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential mandate, or — with your consent — maintain a confidential candidate record.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent provided in the form).

Form processing

Enquiries are processed through our own form infrastructure hosted on this website. Data is transmitted securely to our systems and forwarded to the responsible consultant mailbox. We do not use Formspree or comparable third-party form brokers for production submissions.

Retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request, pursue a mandate, or meet legal obligations. Candidate dossiers are retained confidentially while a working relationship is active or until you request deletion.

Talent network and CV upload

When you submit your CV through the For Candidates form, we process your file to evaluate your profile for private matching. If you opt in to publication, a manually reviewed anonymised dossier may appear in our employer-facing talent catalog.

Automated extraction may be used to structure your CV. Publication never happens automatically — a consultant reviews and approves an allowlisted snapshot first.

You may withdraw publication consent at any time using the link provided after submission or by contacting us. Unreviewed submissions are deleted after 90 days unless a working relationship continues. After full withdrawal, operational data is erased within 30 days.

Introduction requests from employers are handled confidentially; employers never receive your direct contact details from the public catalog.

Hosting and technical logs

This website is served via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical access data such as IP addresses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Private brief pages

When you open a private deal-room / brief link (/p/…), we record page-interaction counters tied to a random per-visit identifier generated in the browser for that load. We do not store cookies, IP addresses, or your identity for these pages. Counters are retained for up to 180 days and then deleted. Preview loads do not record events.
